Job Description

Role Overview Airtribe is an AI-first upskilling platform empowering working professionals with industry-relevant programs in Product Management, Backend Engineering, and more. Backed by Better Capital, 640 Ventures, and Kunal Shah, the company has helped over 5,000 professionals grow their careers with instructors from top companies like Microsoft, Meta, Razorpay, and Uber. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a central role in building and sustaining a high-performing sales team by designing, delivering, and continuously refining training programs that drive real outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing sales team members - Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, attendance tracking, and documentation - Design and execute sales contests and engagement activities throughout training cycles - Collaborate with the Sales Training Manager to develop new training initiatives and content - Track training outcomes and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement - Provide real-time coaching and feedback during live sales interactions - Maintain accurate training trackers, reports, and documentation - Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality, delivery, and efficiency of training programs Required Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales training, training operations, or inside sales - Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to energise a room - Organised and detail-oriented with solid documentation capabilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Familiarity with AI tools and an eagerness to adopt new technologies - Proactive ownership mindset with accountability and a drive for continuous improvement - Prior experience designing training content or sales playbooks is a plus - Exposure to edtech or consultative sales environments is an added advantage Why Join Us This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into sales performance and clear career progression into a Senior Trainer or Sales Training Manager position. Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales training, training operations, or inside sales - Strong communication and group facilitation skills - Ability to engage and motivate learners during training sessions - Organised with strong attention to detail and documentation habits - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments - Familiarity with AI tools and openness to learning new technologies - Proactive, accountable, and self-driven work ethic - Experience designing training content or sales playbooks is a plus - Prior exposure to edtech or consultative sales is an advantage
