Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer, you will play a central role in building and sustaining a high-performing sales team by designing, delivering, and continuously refining training programs that drive real outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing sales team members - Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, attendance tracking, and documentation - Design and execute sales contests and engagement activities throughout training cycles - Collaborate with the Sales Training Manager to develop new training initiatives and content - Track training outcomes and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement - Provide real-time coaching and feedback during live sales interactions - Maintain accurate training trackers, reports, and documentation - Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality, delivery, and efficiency of training programs Required Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales training, training operations, or inside sales - Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to energise a room - Organised and detail-oriented with solid documentation capabilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Familiarity with AI tools and an eagerness to adopt new technologies - Proactive ownership mindset with accountability and a drive for continuous improvement - Prior experience designing training content or sales playbooks is a plus - Exposure to edtech or consultative sales environments is an added advantage Why Join Us This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into sales performance and clear career progression into a Senior Trainer or Sales Training Manager position.
