Program Manager - EdTech and Learning Operations

Role Overview Airtribe is one of India's leading tech upskilling platforms, running high-demand programs including our rapidly growing Generative AI Launchpad. We are seeking a motivated and ownership-driven Program Manager to take full charge of learner outcomes across multiple cohorts. This is a senior individual contributor role with a direct path to people management for high performers, and it demands comfort with fast-changing environments, curriculum shifts, and evolving learner expectations. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple learning cohorts simultaneously from onboarding through successful program completion - Oversee dashboard setup and access management for all active program learners - Ensure session readiness including published schedules, confirmed instructors and mentors, and zero execution gaps - Conduct onboarding calls within turnaround time and proactively identify misaligned learner expectations - Track attendance and engagement signals, intervene on disengagement, and drive program completion rates - Measure Net Promoter Score at three key milestones: post-onboarding, mid-program, and end-of-program - Plan capacity for program-specific instructors and mentors across cohorts - Maintain consistent session quality and ensure timely, high-quality feedback is delivered to learners - Prepare learners for post-program success through strong project outcomes and polished presentations - Independently handle complex escalations and continuously identify process improvement opportunities Required Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or EdTech - Demonstrated ability to close loops and drive outcomes without external follow-up - Comfort managing deliverables in ambiguous and fast-moving environments - Strong fluency with metrics such as NPS, retention rates, and program completion percentages - Bonus: personal interest or curiosity in AI tools, Generative AI, or tech upskilling domains Why Join Us At Airtribe, you will work at the intersection of technology and education, shaping the learning journeys of thousands of tech professionals across India.
