Product Support Associate

In this role, you will manage inventory planning, purchase order tracking, and compliance communications with global suppliers and US stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Update and maintain audit, testing, and packaging compliance trackers in collaboration with stakeholders - Coordinate with global suppliers regarding product audits, testing, and compliance documentation - Collaborate with the US-based sourcing teams to deliver daily compliance and audit updates - Streamline product audit processes and upload test reports to the company portal - Analyze inventory reports, open purchase orders, shipment logs, and sales histories - Support operations across purchasing, imports, sales coordination, and accounting departments Required Qualifications - Solid experience in inventory operations, PO processing, or international supply-chain support - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation creation - Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of deep-diving into complex operational workflows - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholder teams Why Join Us MSI Services offers a supportive, values-driven environment with a clear career path and best-in-class benefits. - 2 to 3 years of experience in purchase order processing, logistics, or product operations - Proven experience working with inventory reports, PO history, and sales analyses - Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field - Strong administrative, data-entry, and tracking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with international time zones
