Job Description

Role Overview HomeLane is seeking an experienced Installation Manager (Interiors) to lead our execution and site delivery teams in Bengaluru. In this role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers, Measurement Executives, and Site Supervisors to ensure flawless, on-time home interior installations. You will manage scheduling, ensure timely stakeholder communication, and act as the key escalation point for client concerns to drive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of Project Managers, Measurement Executives, and Site Supervisors responsible for end-to-end installations - Plan, schedule, and track installation milestones in alignment with promised delivery timelines - Act as the primary escalation point for clients and field teams, intervening proactively to resolve project deviations - Train and mentor the installation team to maintain a customer-centric focus and optimize service quality - Coordinate with factory, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material dispatch and assembly - Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with modular furniture installation quality and safety standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design - 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in project management and field execution within the interiors or modular furniture industry - 1 to 3 years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional execution teams - Deep knowledge of modular furniture assembly, structural fittings, and onsite interior execution processes - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills under execution pressure Why Join Us At HomeLane, you will work with India's leading tech-enabled home interiors brand. Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Designing - 6-10 years of extensive experience in project management within interiors or modular furniture sectors - 1-3 years of proven team handling and leadership experience - Deep technical understanding of modular furniture installation, joinery, and site preparation - Strong coordination, multitasking, and escalation handling capabilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
