Senior Associate, Business Operations

Role Overview LSEG is looking for a proactive Senior Associate of Business Operations to support the Infrastructure Platform Engineering team in Bengaluru. Operating in a Chief of Staff capacity, you will drive operational excellence, strategic communication, and team effectiveness across our global infrastructure division. You will utilize data, digital tools, and AI to optimize team performance and build a strong collaborative culture. Key Responsibilities - Drive team effectiveness across governance, communication, and operational coordination. - Own and deliver high-impact executive communications, including town halls and leadership updates. - Oversee core operational processes, such as hiring tracking and organizational data management. - Generate actionable insights and dashboards to track delivery and transformation progress. - Partner with the Transformation program to identify learning needs and drive skill uplift initiatives. - Identify opportunities to streamline operations by leveraging data, digital tools, and AI capabilities. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6 or more years of experience in business operations, organizational effectiveness, or a similar role. - Prior experience working within a technology, IT, infrastructure, or cloud organization. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills for translating complex topics for senior stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and planning tools like Jira or Asana. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience. 6 or more years of experience in business operations, project management, or organizational effectiveness. Experience in a technology or IT organization, preferably with infrastructure, cloud, or platform teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, drive structured execution, and maintain strong governance. Data-driven mindset with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting. Practical experience or strong interest in using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency. Familiarity with tracking tools such as Asana or Jira, and visualization tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
