Accounts Receivable Associate - Night Shift

Role Overview MSI Services Pvt Ltd, the India-based captive center of MSI USA, a USD multinational with over 4000 employees across the United States, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join its growing finance operations team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience or freshers who are eager to build a strong career in accounting and financial operations within a meritocracy-driven organization. The role supports the US operations of MS International Inc., a leading infrastructure technology and supply-chain company specializing in flooring and countertop materials distribution. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions including invoice creation and distribution - Reconcile bank books and customer accounts with MSI internal records - Process deposits including cash, credit card, cheques, and wire transactions through ERP software - Apply cash receipts accurately to respective customer accounts - Generate credit memos for material returns and process AR and sales order credits - Follow up on overdue and aging customer balances through calls and written communication - Verify resale certificates and issue appropriate sales tax credits - Create and verify new customer accounts and validate credit applications via state websites - Prepare aging reports for various branch locations - Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or freshers welcome - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to ERP and accounting tools Why Join Us MSI Services offers a structured career growth path with opportunities to move into senior roles, leadership positions, or cross-functional projects based on merit.
