Program Manager

Role Overview Airtribe is one of India's leading tech upskilling platforms, running high-demand programs including the rapidly growing Generative AI Launchpad. We are seeking a driven Program Manager who takes complete ownership of learner outcomes and program success, not just task completion. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to people management for strong performers. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple cohorts simultaneously from learner onboarding through to program completion - Oversee dashboard and access management for all active learners at any given time - Ensure session readiness including published schedules, confirmed instructors and mentors, and zero execution gaps - Conduct onboarding calls within turnaround time and proactively flag misaligned learner expectations - Track attendance and engagement signals to intervene on disengagement and drive program completion rates - Measure Net Promoter Score at three milestones: post-onboarding, mid-program, and end-of-program - Handle capacity planning for program-specific instructors and mentors - Maintain consistent session quality and ensure timely, high-quality feedback is delivered to learners - Support learners in building strong projects and polished presentations for post-program success - Continuously identify and implement process improvements across program operations - Handle complex learner escalations independently and effectively Required Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in program management, learning operations, or EdTech - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to close loops without being followed up - Comfort working with ambiguity and managing outcomes in a fast-changing environment - Proficiency in tracking NPS, retention rates, and program completion metrics - Bonus: personal interest or curiosity in AI tools, Generative AI, or tech upskilling Why Join Us At Airtribe, you will work at the forefront of tech education in a fast-paced environment where your impact on learner outcomes is direct and measurable.
