Job Description

Role Overview Tri Route Inc is seeking driven and curious individuals to join their business development team as Sales Development Representatives in Chennai. This is a ground-level opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to learn how businesses grow rather than just hold a job title. You will work directly alongside management on real commercial activities from your very first day. Key Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential customers through platforms such as LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia - Generate qualified business leads through digital prospecting and structured market research - Follow up on customer enquiries, sample requests, quotations, and ongoing discussions - Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline updated at all times - Coordinate meetings and support commercial discussions with prospects and clients - Contribute actively to market expansion and business development initiatives Required Qualifications - Graduate or early-career professional with a strong desire to learn and grow - Comfortable working with technology, AI-enabled tools, and digital business platforms - Strong communication skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships - Self-motivated and accountable individual who takes initiative without waiting to be directed Why Join Us Tri Route Inc offers mentorship from experienced business leaders, hands-on training in CRM systems and modern prospecting methods, and a performance-driven culture where results and initiative are genuinely recognised.
