Job Description

Role Overview Accenture in India is looking for a driven Risk and Compliance Associate to join its Finance Operations team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of employee business expenses and identifying instances of policy non-compliance or potential fraud. You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of Accenture's Travel and Expense processes across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities - Conduct detailed audits of employee expense claims to ensure adherence to Accenture's business expense policies - Assist the T&E Operations Lead with ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and information gathering activities - Gather and maintain supporting documentation to ensure all T&E processes are executed with high quality, low risk, and strong performance - Monitor internal T&E ticket resolution to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met - Manage escalations related to T&E activities and coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple regions - Maintain and update Power Dashboards and work with SAP as an end user for reporting and operational tasks Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or finance operations - Hands-on experience with SAP and Power Dashboard tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise across internal teams and regional stakeholders - Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines - Experience with MyTE systems is an advantage though not mandatory Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services companies, empowering its 784,000 professionals across 120+ countries with cutting-edge tools and a culture of continuous growth. Requirements

- Any graduation degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in audit or compliance - SAP end user experience - Power Dashboard hands-on experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure - Meticulous attention to detail - Experience with MyTE systems is a plus
