Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is a global professional services leader with expertise across digital, cloud, and security domains, serving clients in over 120 countries. This role as a Risk and Compliance Associate places you at the heart of the Time and Expense Business Operations function, where you will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity and policy adherence across the organisation. You will work within a high-performing team to audit, monitor, and improve expense management processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities - Perform thorough audits of employee business expense claims to identify policy non-compliance and potential fraud - Assist the T&E Operations lead on ad-hoc projects, process improvement initiatives, and information-gathering tasks - Gather and maintain supporting documentation to ensure processes are executed consistently with low risk and high quality - Monitor internal T&E ticket resolution queues to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met - Manage escalations related to Time and Expense activities and liaise with internal teams across multiple regions - Execute key T&E processes end-to-end using SAP and Power Dashboard tools Required Qualifications - Any graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential - Hands-on experience with SAP as an end user and Power Dashboard reporting - Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy - Experience with MyTE systems is an added advantage though not mandatory Why Join Us Accenture offers an unmatched environment where over 784,000 professionals worldwide drive technology and human ingenuity for some of the world's most respected organisations. Requirements

- Any graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in audit or compliance - Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills - SAP end user hands-on experience - Power Dashboard hands-on experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal and time management skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Experience liaising with cross-regional stakeholders - MyTE systems knowledge is a plus
