Regional Manager - Optometry and Retail Operations

Role Overview Lenskart.com is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and grow its retail and optometry operations across a defined region in Tamil Nadu. This is a mid-senior leadership role that requires a strong background in retail management, optometry, and team development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional performance and ensuring seamless coordination across store functions. Key Responsibilities - Lead, direct, and evaluate cluster optometrists and store staff to help them meet individual and team goals - Drive regional sales targets and achieve quarterly KPIs across all assigned stores - Oversee and be accountable for the complete optometry and dispensing operations of the region - Assess and evaluate business opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively to support growth - Manage optometrist attrition and manpower planning by driving referral programs and campus recruitment at optometry colleges - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Lenskart Academy, and Operations to achieve output goals - Conduct daily reviews with the cluster optometrist team to monitor and track performance Required Qualifications - Qualified in Optometry with a recognised degree or certification - Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail industry - At least 2 years of experience in a team leader role within a retail environment - Strong ability to manage complex projects and effectively delegate responsibilities - Willingness and ability to travel across the region as required - Technical competence to interpret and communicate specifications and results clearly with team members Why Join Us Lenskart.com is one of India's fastest-growing eyewear brands with a strong omnichannel presence and a mission to give the world clear vision.
