Role Overview
Ambit Finvest, a leading non-banking financial company specializing in secured and unsecured loan products and customized financial solutions, is looking for a capable and driven Regional Administration Manager to join its Chennai team. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that places you at the heart of regional operations, responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and cost-effective administrative functioning across multiple business units. You will play a key role in shaping workplace efficiency and supporting the company's growth objectives across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day administrative operations across the region, including office facilities, vendor management, and procurement activities
- Plan and manage the regional administration budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets
- Supervise, guide, and develop local admin teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all locations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, corporate events, and onboarding-related administrative tasks for business units
- Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health, safety, and security policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare periodic reports on key metrics for senior management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and elevate service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration, office management, or facilities management, preferably within financial services or a structured corporate environment
- Strong command of budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiation, and contract management
- Demonstrated ability to lead regional or multi-site administrative teams with a focus on collaboration and performance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite along with familiarity with procurement tools, administrative systems, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and geographies
- Sound understanding of workplace health, safety, and security practices; prior experience implementing related policies is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and undertake regional travel or site visits as required
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations with a proactive approach to process improvement
