Recruiter - Bulk Hiring Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage bulk hiring operations for our International BPO clients. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and sourcing talented candidates to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading global IT services company and gain expertise in high-volume recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute bulk hiring targets for International BPO operations - Screen and source qualified candidates through multiple job portals and recruitment channels - Coordinate and align interview schedules with relevant stakeholders and hiring managers - Ensure quality hiring standards are met while maintaining quick turnaround times on placements - Conduct salary negotiations and finalize offers with selected candidates Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 1-3 years of proven experience in BPO recruiting or bulk hiring operations - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies Why Join Us Join Tech Mahindra and become part of a dynamic recruitment team working with international clients.
