Role Overview
Tech Mahindra is urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for its Canadian Voice Process at its Malad and Goregaon locations in Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for candidates with international BPO experience who are confident communicators and looking to grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls for Canadian process customers
- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining CSAT scores
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and retention activities during customer interactions
- Follow defined call scripts and processes while meeting average handle time targets
- Work effectively across rotational 24x7 shift schedules
Required Qualifications
- HSC or Graduation completed (graduation not mandatory)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working rotational shifts including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in US or UK voice processes is an added advantage
