IT Operations and Governance Manager - BPO

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is hiring an experienced IT Operations and Governance Manager to serve as the single point of contact for IT Governance across all BPS locations supporting a major global account. This is a senior leadership role demanding deep expertise in IT governance frameworks, critical incident resolution, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Only immediate joiners will be considered for this urgent opening based in Noida. Key Responsibilities - Act as the sole SPOC for IT Governance across all Tech Mahindra BPS delivery locations for the assigned account - Own end-to-end governance oversight including critical P1 and P2 incident management and timely resolution - Ensure continuous compliance assurance and maintain audit readiness with zero critical observations - Drive stakeholder communication at executive levels to sustain service stability and customer confidence - Support new transition activities alongside the TIM transition team as and when required - Monitor and improve IT NPS scores through proactive governance and reduced incident recurrence - Manage infrastructure, security, and access governance across multi-location and multi-stakeholder environments Required Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, or Technical Infrastructure Management - Demonstrated client-facing governance or service delivery experience is mandatory - Strong working knowledge of P1 and P2 incident handling and escalation procedures - Solid understanding of infrastructure security and access governance practices - Proven ability to manage multi-location delivery environments with diverse stakeholder groups - Graduate degree in any discipline Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a high-impact leadership role with visibility into large enterprise accounts and the opportunity to drive governance excellence at scale.
