RCM AR Caller - Denial Specialist

Role Overview PwC Acceleration Centers is hiring an RCM AR Caller - Denial Specialist to join its Operations Consulting team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with a background in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, and insurance claims processing. You will work as part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality support for US-based healthcare clients across accounts receivable and denial management functions. Key Responsibilities - Provide specialized support in healthcare provider revenue cycle management including AR follow-up and denial resolution - Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance claims, payment delays, and reimbursement issues to drive timely resolutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and enhance client satisfaction - Gather and analyze billing data to inform decision-making and support project goals - Work with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards throughout all processes - Use billing software, EHR platforms, and Microsoft Office tools to manage and track claim activities - Adapt effectively to a fast-paced, night-shift environment aligned with US time zones Required Qualifications - Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or equivalent) or Graduate Degree from a recognized university - Sound understanding of medical billing, insurance claims processing, and reimbursement methodologies - Strong oral and written communication skills in English for engaging with insurers and stakeholders - Proficiency in billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications - Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently - Willingness to work night shifts in alignment with US time zone requirements - Knowledge of medical coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT is an added advantage - Familiarity with UB-04 and CMS-1500 claim forms and experience with Epic HB or PB systems preferred Why Join Us PwC Acceleration Centers offer a dynamic and digitally enabled work environment with structured training designed to accelerate your technical and professional growth.
