Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Overview PwC Service Delivery Center is looking for experienced Accounts Receivable Callers to join its growing healthcare revenue cycle team across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for professionals with hands-on experience in US healthcare billing, AR follow-up, and denial management who are ready to contribute to a high-performing delivery environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end accounts receivable follow-up for US healthcare clients including insurance claim resolution and payment posting - Handle denial management by identifying root causes, initiating appeals, and coordinating with payers to recover outstanding balances - Work on AR ageing buckets and prioritise follow-up actions to meet collection targets and reduce days in AR - Collaborate with team leads to analyse revenue cycle trends and implement process improvements - Mentor junior team members on billing workflows, payer-specific guidelines, and AR best practices - Accurately document all claim activities and maintain updated records in billing software such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech Required Qualifications - 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management with a focus on AR calling and claims resolution - Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance reimbursement methodologies, and payer follow-up procedures - Hands-on experience with healthcare billing platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting - Analytical ability to interpret financial data, identify denial trends, and drive data-backed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with the US time zone - Bachelor's degree in Finance or any graduate discipline preferred Why Join Us PwC Service Delivery Center offers a globally recognised work environment with strong career growth opportunities in healthcare revenue cycle and consulting operations.
