Role Overview
PwC Service Delivery Center is looking for experienced AR Calling professionals to join its growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in accounts receivable, denial management, and claims resolution to work with one of the world's leading professional services firms. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on optimising revenue cycle operations for US-based healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes for US healthcare clients, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims
- Handle denial management and claims resolution by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with payers
- Analyse AR ageing reports, monitor key performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce denials
- Work with healthcare billing systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech to track, update, and resolve claim statuses
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet AR performance targets and revenue cycle efficiency goals
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying trends in claim rejections and reimbursement delays
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or any graduate discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management with a focus on AR calling and claims resolution
- Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance reimbursement methodologies, and payer guidelines
- Hands-on experience with healthcare billing software platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Willingness and flexibility to work in night shifts aligned to the US time zone
