Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Overview We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Caller to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. This role involves managing accounts receivable follow-up, collections, and direct interaction with insurance companies and patients. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payment collection and resolving billing discrepancies in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities - Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and manage collections from insurance companies and patients - Interact professionally with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and patients to resolve billing inquiries - Process and track accounts receivable transactions using billing software and electronic health records systems - Identify and manage denied claims, working towards resolution and reimbursement - Maintain detailed records and documentation of all follow-up activities and collections efforts - Meet performance targets and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards Required Qualifications - 1 to 2 years of proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and accounts receivable - Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies - Proficiency with billing software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with multiple stakeholders - Bachelor's degree or any graduate or undergraduate qualification Why Join Us Join PwC Service Delivery Center where you will gain valuable experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with flexible work arrangements.
