Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant - Senior Associate (GL, FAH, FAW)

Role Overview PwC Service Delivery Center is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant at the Senior Associate level to join its Oracle practice. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, particularly in General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse. You will work across multiple client engagements spanning full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Key Responsibilities - Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations, upgrades, lift-and-shift, and ongoing support engagements - Understand and articulate client business requirements, perform due diligence, and propose appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions - Configure and support Fusion Financial modules including Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expense Management, and Procurement - Set up and manage Enterprise Structures, Chart of Accounts, Hierarchies, FlexFields, and Extensions within Oracle Fusion Financials - Execute Unit Testing and UAT, collaborate with business users to obtain sign-off on delivered solutions - Handle financial data uploads and migrations using FBDI and ADFDI techniques, and resolve related issues - Support period-end closure activities and perform reconciliation between GL and subledger modules - Coordinate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and work with internal teams to meet client SLAs - Provide high-level integration knowledge across Financial modules and adjacent areas such as Projects, Procurement, Order Management, and HCM Required Qualifications - 5 to 9 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications in a functional consulting capacity - Minimum two completed end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion Finance modules - Strong expertise in Accounting Hub, General Ledger, and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) - Solid understanding of enterprise financial structures, CoA design, and subledger reconciliation - Experience with FBDI and ADFDI data migration tools - Knowledge of SCM or PPM Fusion modules is an added advantage - Educational background in BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MBA, B.Sc, B.Com, or BBA - Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us PwC Service Delivery Center offers a dynamic consulting environment where you will work with leading global clients on complex Oracle Cloud transformation journeys.
