Quality Engineer (Tester)

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow IT Service Management to join their Gurugram team. In this role, you will drive quality across the full application lifecycle by enabling end-to-end testing solutions through multi-disciplinary collaboration and ecosystem integration. You will be expected to operate independently, grow into a subject matter expert, and contribute meaningfully to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Perform continuous testing including security testing, API testing, and regression suite execution to ensure application reliability - Develop and implement automation strategies and automated testing scripts to improve overall testing efficiency - Support data configuration and environment setup required for robust test execution - Participate actively in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution integration - Monitor, analyse, and report defects clearly to support end-to-end quality improvement processes - Contribute to team discussions and provide practical solutions to work-related challenges Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management - Solid understanding of continuous testing methodologies, automation tools, and frameworks relevant to ServiceNow - Familiarity with API testing and security testing protocols - Strong ability to analyse defects and communicate findings effectively - 15 years of full-time formal education (UG: B.Tech or B.E. in any specialisation; PG: any postgraduate degree) Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic work environment where you can grow into a subject matter expert while working on meaningful, large-scale technology solutions.
