Project Implementation Specialist

Role Overview RRD Global Delivery Centers is looking for a Project Implementation Specialist to join its Chennai operations. With over three decades of expertise in business communications and digital productivity solutions, RRD partners with enterprises across the globe to reimagine customer experiences. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation of new project wins, ensuring seamless handover to operations teams while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the transition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle of new project implementations including net-new wins and ECNA projects, adhering strictly to agreed timelines and critical path milestones such as IT connectivity and resource onboarding - Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies - Ensure smooth and well-documented handover of stabilised projects to the Operations team with comprehensive transition documentation - Coordinate resource planning and timeline management to ensure all committed project milestones are met without delays - Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and provide regular status updates - Build transparent, trust-based relationships with both internal operations and external clients to make every transition feel seamless and well-supported - Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and approach to accommodate global client requirements in a dynamic environment Required Qualifications - Proven experience managing complex projects within BPO, KPO, or creative services environments - Strong understanding of service verticals including Finance and Accounting, Insurance, Administrative Support, Research and Analytics, Creative Design, Document Processing, and Customer Support - PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, read reports, draw actionable inferences, and present findings to stakeholders - Exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills Why Join Us At RRD, you will work alongside 15,000 experts across 42 locations worldwide, contributing to a consultative and future-ready business environment. - Experience in BPO, KPO, or creative services project management - Knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Insurance, and Customer Support domains - PMP certification or equivalent preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage critical path milestones and project timelines - Flexibility to work evening shifts and extend hours when required
