Project Implementation Specialist

Role Overview RRD Global Delivery Centers is looking for a Project Implementation Specialist to join its Chennai operations. This role involves leading end-to-end project implementation for new business wins, ensuring seamless handovers to the operations team. The position calls for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment across BPO, KPO, or creative services domains. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle of new project implementations including net new and ECNA wins with full adherence to agreed timelines - Track and manage the critical path of each project covering sub-milestones such as IT connectivity and resource onboarding - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics - Coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure all committed project milestones are achieved on schedule - Ensure smooth and well-documented handover of live and stable projects to the operations team - Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and cross-functional teams to manage expectations and provide regular updates - Build transparent and trust-based relationships with both internal operations and external clients throughout the transition process - Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate client and project needs in a global environment Required Qualifications - Proven experience managing complex projects in BPO, KPO, or creative services environments - Strong understanding of service verticals such as Finance and Accounting, Insurance, Administrative Support, Research and Analytics, Creative Design, Document Processing, and Call Centre operations - PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings clearly - Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us RRD Global Delivery Centers brings together over 15,000 professionals across 42 plus locations worldwide, offering a collaborative and future-focused work culture. - Experience in BPO, KPO, or creative services project management - Knowledge of Finance and Accounting, Insurance, Administrative, Research and Analytics, Creative Design, Document Processing, or Call Centre services - PMP certification or equivalent preferred - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Organisational skills with ability to manage multiple project milestones - Flexibility to extend working hours when required by project needs
