Program/Project Management Lead

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced Program/Project Management Lead to take ownership of end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects. In this role, you will ensure that project outcomes are aligned with broader business goals by defining scope, tracking deliverables, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding teams and contributing to key decisions that drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities - Oversee complete delivery of assigned programs or projects, ensuring they meet defined business objectives within scope and timelines - Define project scope, set milestones, and continuously monitor the execution of deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes - Manage communications across multiple stakeholder groups to align expectations, surface issues early, and report on progress - Lead and mentor project teams, taking accountability for team decisions and fostering a collaborative working environment - Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews to maintain alignment and proactively address emerging challenges - Develop and roll out project management best practices and frameworks to improve overall team efficiency - Provide cross-functional solutions to complex problems that have an impact on multiple teams and workstreams Required Qualifications - Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Program and Project Management - Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle management methodologies including Agile - Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and navigate complex organizational dynamics - Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks effectively - Familiarity with Salesforce Development and Life Sciences domain is an added advantage - 15 years of full-time formal education is mandatory Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic environment where program leaders can work on high-impact global projects while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
