Procure to Pay Operations Specialist

Role Overview Accenture is hiring an experienced Procure to Pay Operations Specialist to join its Finance Operations vertical in Bengaluru. This role is central to managing end-to-end procurement and payment cycles, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and supporting financial outcomes through data analysis and transaction reconciliation. You will be part of a globally respected professional services organisation serving clients across 120 countries. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete Procure to Pay cycle including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing - Perform systematic handling and verification of incoming invoices by matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts - Conduct analysis and resolution of moderately complex problems within accounts payable and vendor management functions - Develop new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures as required - Maintain and manage vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Handle both PO and Non-PO invoice processing workflows efficiently - Collaborate with peers, management, and client stakeholders to align with strategic team goals - Oversee small teams or individual contributor work efforts at client sites or within Accenture Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 7 to 11 years of experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations roles - Strong working knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payment, and vendor management - Familiarity with master data management and procurement systems - Ability to understand and align with strategic direction set by senior management - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by business needs Why Join Us Accenture offers a world-class work environment powered by advanced technology and intelligent operations, giving you the opportunity to grow alongside 784,000 professionals across more than 40 industries. - 7 to 11 years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable - Bachelor of Commerce degree - Expertise in invoice processing including PO and Non-PO invoices - Knowledge of vendor payment and vendor management processes - Experience in master data management - Ability to analyse and resolve moderately complex financial problems - Understanding of procurement cycle from requisition to payment - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
