Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is seeking a Business Advisory Associate to join its Banking Operations team in Chennai. This role focuses on retail banking card operations, where you will help clients transform their banking processes into agile and resilient operating models. You will work within a structured team environment, handling card dispute resolution and chargeback claim reviews in line with regulatory requirements such as Regulation E. Key Responsibilities - Review and assess dispute claims to verify the authenticity of card chargeback requests in accordance with Regulation E - Analyse and process retail banking card operations tasks including account management, transaction processing, and KYC-related activities - Resolve routine operational problems by applying established guidelines and precedents - Collaborate within your immediate team and report to a direct supervisor for daily work direction - Execute assigned tasks with a focused scope, contributing as an individual team member - Adapt to rotational shift requirements as per business needs Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in banking services or card operations - Basic understanding of retail banking products such as credit cards, loans, mortgages, and payment processing - Familiarity with KYC processes and banking compliance standards - Good communication and analytical skills for inter-team coordination - Willingness to work in rotational shifts Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 40 industries in 120+ countries, offering immense career growth opportunities powered by cutting-edge technology and intelligent operations. Requirements

- Any graduation degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or card operations - Knowledge of retail banking services including KYC, credit cards, and transactions - Understanding of Regulation E and chargeback processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to operational guidelines - Good verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
