Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will manage end-to-end invoice processing activities, support financial reconciliation, and contribute to efficient procurement and payment operations for global clients. You will work within a dynamic team environment at one of the world's leading professional services firms serving clients across 120 countries. Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end invoice processing including PO and Non-PO invoice validation and verification - Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy before payment initiation - Perform accounts payable activities including vendor payment processing and reconciliation - Manage and maintain vendor master data to ensure accuracy and completeness - Conduct analysis and resolution of complex Procure to Pay issues independently - Collaborate with internal peers, client stakeholders, and Accenture management to resolve transactional queries - Support small work efforts or team tasks as an individual contributor or informal team lead - Collect and analyse operational data and reports to help determine financial outcomes Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable operations - Strong working knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and master data management - Familiarity with automated invoice processing tools and ERP systems - Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle complex problem-solving tasks - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required Why Join Us Accenture offers an unmatched opportunity to work alongside top global talent across 40 plus industries, leveraging cutting-edge technology and intelligent operations. - 5 to 8 years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable - Proficiency in invoice processing including PO and Non-PO invoices - Knowledge of vendor payment processing and vendor master data management - Experience with accounts payable reconciliation and financial reporting - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - BCom or equivalent educational background - Ability to work independently with minimal instruction - Willingness to work rotational shifts - Good communication skills for client and management interaction
