Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an experienced Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will contribute to streamlining the end-to-end procurement and payment cycle, supporting clients across industries by ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. You will work with a globally recognised professional services organisation that serves clients in over 120 countries. Key Responsibilities - Manage and process incoming invoices accurately, including PO and Non-PO based transactions - Perform invoice matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure data integrity - Conduct analysis and reconciliation of financial transactions and operational data - Handle vendor payment processing and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner - Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accuracy across systems - Collaborate with peers and interact with clients or Accenture management as needed - Analyse and resolve increasingly complex problems within the Procure to Pay function - Operate with minimal daily instruction while managing new assignments with moderate guidance Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable functions - Strong knowledge of invoice processing, vendor management, and accounts payable processes - Familiarity with master data management and vendor payment workflows - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and oversee small team efforts - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the business Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can grow your career alongside some of the brightest minds in digital, cloud, and operations services.
