Procure to Pay Operations Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is hiring a Procure to Pay Operations Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support the end-to-end procurement and payment cycle, helping the organisation achieve accurate financial outcomes through data collection, transaction reconciliation, and operational reporting. You will work as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment, interacting primarily with internal peers and supervisors. Key Responsibilities - Handle systematic processing and management of incoming invoices including PO-based and non-PO invoices - Verify invoice accuracy and match invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts - Initiate and track payment processing activities for vendor transactions - Maintain and update vendor master data and support vendor management activities - Perform analysis and resolution of lower-complexity accounts payable issues - Reconcile transactions and generate operational data reports to support financial decision-making - Collaborate with team members and update supervisors on task progress and exceptions Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 3 to 5 years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable functions - Working knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payments, and master data management - Familiarity with automated invoice processing systems and ERP tools - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to follow moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognized professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals.
