Role Overview
IBM is looking for a skilled HR recruitment professional to join its Human Resources Operations team as a Process Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment support for business partners while working closely with IBM's operations management, client stakeholders, and delivery teams. You will be instrumental in designing and executing sourcing strategies that build a strong, qualified talent pipeline aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sourcing lifecycle and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, taking corrective action wherever required to keep the process on track
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability and apply thorough screening and selection criteria to identify top-quality talent
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing approaches using social media platforms and other non-traditional channels to generate new candidate leads
- Partner with business heads to define and work toward weekly, quarterly, and annual Global Delivery Center hiring goals
- Maintain and regularly update candidate records and statuses within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy throughout the hiring cycle
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers across requisition creation, sourcing, candidate debriefing, and offer stages to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the HR operations function
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within ITES, BPO, or FA environments
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through social media channels and other creative sourcing methods
- Proven ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and manage partner conversations, including difficult discussions when necessary
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems
- Strong domain knowledge in recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of business strategy

Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in ITES, BPO, or FA
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with Hiring Managers
- Proficiency in sourcing via social media and innovative digital channels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms
- Strong partner management skills including ability to handle difficult conversations
- Solid time management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good understanding of business strategy and deep domain recruitment knowledge
- Experience in an RPO or corporate recruitment setup is preferred
