Role Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Human Resources Operations, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment support and sourcing strategies for IBM's global delivery centers. You will collaborate closely with operation management teams to define, develop, and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans that meet service level agreements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle from candidate identification through offer stage, ensuring adherence to SLAs and process standards
- Conduct initial candidate suitability assessments and perform detailed screening to identify top talent for various positions
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media channels, ATS systems, and other modern recruitment methodologies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish weekly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment targets and goals for the Global Delivery Center
- Maintain and update candidate status in Applicant Tracking Systems regularly and generate reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers through open requisitions, candidate debriefing, and offer negotiation stages
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in ITES, BPO, or financial services sectors
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through social media channels and innovative recruitment methods
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with hiring managers and managing partner interactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years recruitment experience in ITES, BPO, or FA sectors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Expertise in sourcing via social media and innovative channels
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience in direct sourcing and RPO setups preferred
- Strong change management capabilities
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Domain knowledge and understanding of business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently towards agreed targets
- Technical knowledge maintenance through continuous learning
