Process Delivery Specialist Human Resources Operations

Role Overview As a Process Delivery Specialist in Human Resources Operations, you will provide comprehensive end-to-end recruitment support while collaborating with IBM's operation management and business partners. You will take ownership of the sourcing lifecycle, implementing strategic recruitment methods to build a qualified talent pool and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. Key Responsibilities - Take partial ownership of the sourcing lifecycle and ensure process adherence to Service Level Agreements - Implement new sourcing methods, assess candidate suitability, and establish rigorous screening criteria to identify top talent - Collaborate with business leaders to set recruitment goals on weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis - Utilize ATS tools to perform candidate screening and regularly update candidate status in the system - Establish strong rapport with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process from requisition opening to offer stages Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree from any discipline - 0-1 year of experience in sourcing and recruitment preferably in ITES, BPO, or Finance and Accounting domains - Proficiency in social media channels and creative sourcing methods - Strong ability to analyse complex data with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Why Join Us Join IBM, a global leader in IT services and consulting, where you will gain valuable experience in recruitment operations and partner management.
