Job Description
Role Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Human Resources Operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment support and working closely with IBM's operation management team. You will define, develop, and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and driving recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete sourcing lifecycle and ensure process adherence to SLAs with appropriate corrective actions
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media channels and other modern recruiting methods
- Collaborate with business heads to establish and track weekly, quarterly, and yearly recruitment goals for the Global Delivery Center
- Perform candidate screening and selection using Applicant Tracking Systems and maintain regular status updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey from requisition to offer stage
- Identify and resolve issues within the talent pool to ensure quality candidate pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in ITES, BPO, or Finance and Accounting sectors
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems for candidate management and screening
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through social media platforms and innovative recruiting channels
- Strong ability to build rapport with hiring managers and manage partner relationships
- Excellent time management and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in any discipline
- Direct sourcing or recruitment experience in corporate or RPO setup environments
- Demonstrable experience in partner management and handling difficult conversations
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems in addition to ATS proficiency
- Change management experience and consultative approach to recruitment
