Job Description
Role Overview
As a Process Delivery Specialist in Human Resources Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting IBM's recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with operations management, business leaders, and recruitment partners to deliver comprehensive staffing solutions while maintaining service level agreements and driving process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the sourcing lifecycle and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements while implementing necessary corrective actions
- Define, develop, plan and execute sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool for organizational needs
- Assess candidate suitability and implement innovative sourcing methods using social media and creative channels for lead generation
- Collaborate with business heads to establish Global Delivery Centre recruitment goals and maintain regular communication
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems for screening, maintain detailed selection criteria, update candidate status records and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in direct sourcing and recruitment preferably in ITES, BPO, FA or RPO environments
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong capability to build rapport with stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- 1 to 2 years direct sourcing and recruitment experience
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms
- Expertise in social media and creative sourcing channels
- Strong partner management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR domains
- Consultative approach with non-transactional recruitment mindset
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Data analysis ability with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-directed and results-oriented with target achievement focus
