Process Associate Chat and Email Support

Role Overview We are looking for Process Associate Chat Support professionals to join our customer support team at Sutherland. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience to build a career in a non-voice international customer support environment. You will be providing chat-based customer support with excellent English communication skills in a dynamic and supportive work atmosphere.
