Package Consultant - Workday Recruiting

Role Overview IBM Consulting is looking for a skilled Package Consultant with hands-on expertise in Workday Recruiting to join their growing team in Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to implement and support cloud-based recruiting solutions, helping organisations streamline their talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities - Conduct detailed fit analyses to identify the most effective approach for deploying Workday Recruiting solutions tailored to client needs - Design, configure, and customise Workday Recruiting systems to align with client workflows and business requirements - Perform unit testing to detect and resolve configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules - Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients realise the full value of their Workday investment - Troubleshoot and resolve configuration challenges across various modules to maintain optimal system performance - Gather and analyse client requirements to translate them into scalable Workday system configurations Required Qualifications - Proven exposure to cloud-based recruiting solutions including requirements gathering, fit analysis, and system configuration - Working knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module, including its core functionality and configuration capabilities - Experience resolving functional and configuration issues across recruiting, onboarding, and related Workday modules - Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end system implementation including unit testing and go-live activities - Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and translate them into effective system designs - Master's degree preferred Why Join Us IBM Consulting offers a dynamic and empathetic work culture that invests in your long-term career growth while challenging you to push boundaries and deliver meaningful results.
