Process Delivery Specialist - Record to Report

Role Overview IBM Consulting is looking for a Process Delivery Specialist in the Record to Report domain to join its BPO division in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage all accounting activities related to the Record to Report process - Record and post financial transactions for individual business units accurately and on time - Prepare detailed reports of financial transactions for internal and client review - Handle general ledger activities, inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and fixed asset management - Identify potential risks or threats in financial processes and recommend appropriate corrective actions - Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements and defined timelines - Address stakeholder queries promptly and follow up on pending items to closure Required Qualifications - Commerce graduate with a specialisation or strong focus on general accounting - Sound understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles - Hands-on experience with general ledger, inter-company transactions, account reconciliation, and fixed assets - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work in rotational shifts as required - Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred Why Join Us At IBM Consulting, you will be mentored by industry experts and given the freedom to innovate beyond the boundaries of your role.
