Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Role Overview Accenture in India is looking for a meticulous and process-oriented Order to Cash Operations Analyst to join its Intelligent Operations team in Bengaluru. This role centres on managing Customer Master Data using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless Order-to-Cash cycle execution across global client operations. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain customer master records as Business Partners in SAP S/4HANA with full accuracy and completeness - Update account groups, company code data, sales area data, partner functions, payment terms, dunning procedures, tax classifications, bank details, and reconciliation accounts - Execute mass data updates using SAP tools such as LSMW, MDG, and workflow-based utilities - Validate all incoming CMD requests for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with data governance standards - Conduct periodic data quality audits, prevent duplicate records, and ensure cross-system data consistency - Manage end-to-end CMD request lifecycle including new customer creation, block and unblock, extensions, changes, and deactivations - Coordinate with requestors, approvers, and business stakeholders for timely resolution and SLA adherence - Maintain complete audit trails for all data changes and support SOX compliance requirements - Assist with internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and evidence Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management - Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Business Partner framework - Good understanding of Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards - Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with mass upload tools is an added advantage - Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management capability Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services firms with a presence across 120 countries and a workforce of over 784,000 professionals.
