Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant

Role Overview As an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant at TCS, you will bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities. You will work directly with global enterprise clients to design, configure, and support financial systems through all project phases from requirement gathering to post-go-live stabilization. This role offers exposure to end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and provides opportunities to work with leading multinational organizations. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, global rollouts, and legacy system migrations for enterprise clients - Facilitate Conference Room Pilot sessions, gather detailed business requirements, and map them to Oracle Fusion best practices and standards - Configure core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses - Manage data conversions, mappings, and validations using FBDI and ADFDI tools and oversee complete data migration cycles - Lead System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases, deliver post-go-live hypercare support, and conduct comprehensive end-user training programs - Collaborate with technical teams to develop, troubleshoot, and optimize OTBI reports, BI Publisher outputs, and API integrations Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 to 7 years of core Oracle ERP experience with at least 2 to 3 years dedicated to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - Strong functional expertise in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash processes - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline such as B.Com or MBA - Understanding of Chart of Accounts structures, Sandboxes, page personalizations, and basic SQL and OTBI concepts - Exceptional analytical skills, strong client-facing communication abilities, and experience managing offshore and onsite delivery models Why Join Us TCS is a leading global IT services company offering extensive opportunities for professional growth and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
