Operations Specialist - IN Easy Ship

Role Overview Amazon is hiring an Operations Specialist for its IN Easy Ship program based in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a data-driven, customer-obsessed professional who is passionate about e-commerce and understands how reliable delivery programs shape the overall experience for both sellers and buyers. You will work across multiple teams and locations to identify fulfillment challenges and drive meaningful improvements. Key Responsibilities - Monitor operations performance and collaborate with 3P carriers, customer service, seller support, and product teams to address performance gaps and keep metrics within targets - Work with operational teams to investigate and resolve seller-reported issues and drive impacted tickets to closure - Gather and analyze seller contacts and feedback to generate actionable experience improvement suggestions and coordinate with Product Managers on solutions - Develop analytical models to assess business problems, evaluate solutions, and measure impact - Own the design, development, automation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses on key business drivers - Partner with business and operations teams to develop KPIs, automated reporting solutions, and data infrastructure improvements - Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources and present it in a clear, actionable format for senior management - Prepare and deliver business reviews to leadership covering progress updates and operational roadblocks - Be open to working on weekends with any two weekdays as days off Required Qualifications - Minimum one year of experience in data-driven business operations processes - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Strong written and spoken English communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel - Ability to apply statistical techniques to solve business problems Why Join Us Amazon fosters an inclusive culture that empowers every team member to deliver their best work for customers.
