Operations Executive - External Fulfillment

Role Overview Amazon is hiring an Operations Executive for its External Fulfillment team based out of Gurgaon, Haryana. In this role, you will oversee and monitor multiple external fulfillment centres from both an operational and compliance standpoint, ensuring that Amazon's high standards of customer experience are consistently upheld. You will collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to drive timely site launches and deliver on key operational metrics. Key Responsibilities - Monitor multiple External Fulfillment sites for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely launches and achievement of performance benchmarks - Identify patterns, disruptions, and anomalies in operational data and escalate issues proactively - Dive deep into data to scrutinise details, interpret trends, and anticipate downstream implications - Support Lean-based process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance - Contribute to high-visibility, strategic projects that drive revenue and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook - 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment preferred Why Join Us Amazon fosters an inclusive culture where every team member is empowered to deliver their best work and grow their career in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
