A key part of the role involves nurturing and expanding client relationships through consistent and professional engagement on LinkedIn and other communication channels. You will also be expected to perform in-depth data analysis to uncover gaps and opportunities within existing sales strategies, contributing directly to business growth. Required Qualifications Candidates must bring 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience within the IT Services and Consulting sector, with demonstrated proficiency in MIS reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel. A working knowledge of the Salesforce.com CRM platform is essential for managing and tracking client interactions effectively. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are necessary to build lasting professional relationships, particularly via LinkedIn. The ability to multitask across recruitment and sales functions simultaneously will be a key differentiator.
