Role Overview
Movate Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our customer success team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to customers through phone-based interactions, handling both inbound inquiries and outbound customer calls. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring first call resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to technical support inquiries from customers via phone
- Provide first call resolution by troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causes
- Educate customers on system installation, configuration, and proper usage of products
- Make outbound calls to customers to address outstanding issues and prevent escalations
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support provided
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in technical support or customer support environment
- Demonstrated success in phone-based customer service or call center operations
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics and technical products
- Clear and effective communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
