Luxury Sales Manager

Role Overview NoBroker.com is looking for a driven and experienced Luxury Sales Manager to join its premium real estate sales team in Chennai. This is a high-impact role where you will manage quality leads, build meaningful client relationships, and close high-value property deals. Key Responsibilities - Manage and nurture approximately 100 prime-quality leads every month by building strong rapport and understanding each client's unique requirements - Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification and follow-ups to property site visits and final deal closures - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience - Handle client objections effectively and guide investment decisions with confidence and professionalism - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems - Share regular performance reports with the AGM or GM and collaborate closely with internal teams - Stay current on real estate market trends, property valuations, and competitor activity to offer clients well-informed recommendations Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector with a demonstrated history of closing deals - Prior experience as a Closing Manager with developers or as a senior Team Leader or Channel Associate in CP firms is strongly preferred - Candidates from other industries with a strong and verifiable sales track record are also encouraged to apply - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade high-net-worth clients - Proven negotiation skills with the ability to drive outcomes that benefit both clients and the organisation Why Join Us NoBroker.com is India's first proptech unicorn and a market leader in the real estate space, offering a professional growth environment backed by technology and data.
