L&D Specialist - CMT Learning and Development

Key Responsibilities - Design and develop engaging learning content including eLearning modules, storyboards, and training materials using tools like Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing software - Conduct thorough needs analysis in collaboration with instructional designers and program managers to identify key behaviors, knowledge gaps, and capability requirements across leadership levels - Facilitate and coordinate training programs aimed at closing developmental gaps for individuals and teams - Build and maintain internal dashboards to track training progress and present KPIs during daily and weekly leadership reviews - Partner with stakeholders across locations to gather insights and translate business needs into effective learning strategies - Collect, analyze, and communicate learning program metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement - Proactively explore innovative learning solutions and methodologies that support accelerated leader development in alignment with business goals Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of experience in a training role with hands-on exposure to content design, development, and program effectiveness measurement - Proven experience in course facilitation and Learning and Development functions or an equivalent professional qualification - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to Associates and Team Lead level employees - Basic knowledge of learning frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's Model - Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Storyline, or Rise is an added advantage - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills Why Join Us Amazon offers an inclusive and empowering work culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning at every level.
