Junior Associate AR

Role Overview Guidehouse is looking for a motivated Junior Associate in Accounts Receivable to join its EBO AR team based in Chennai. This is a full-time night shift role suited for fresh graduates with strong communication skills who are eager to build a career in US healthcare revenue cycle management. You will be responsible for managing insurance claims, following up on denials, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding receivables. Key Responsibilities - Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of pending claims in the queue - Contact payers for clarification on denied or underpaid claims and take corrective action to ensure resolution - Document all actions taken accurately in the claims billing summary notes - Prioritize pending claims from the aging basket for timely follow-up - Handle denials, rejections, and Letters of Adjustment by making necessary corrections to claims - Conduct all interactions in compliance with international calling norms, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards - Report any information security incidents to the relevant authorities and adhere to the organisation's data security policies Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline - Good communication skills in both reading and writing - Willingness to work in night shifts - Basic understanding of information security and data confidentiality practices Why Join Us Guidehouse offers a competitive compensation package along with a flexible benefits programme that reflects its commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
