Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a skilled IT Sourcing Specialist to join its talent acquisition team across its Noida and Mumbai offices. The role involves identifying and engaging top IT professionals through leading platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn. You will play a key part in strengthening TCS's technology workforce by managing end-to-end sourcing and recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities - Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn using both niche and generic IT skill sets - Screen resumes and evaluate candidate profiles to match specific technical requirements across various IT roles - Manage IT staffing pipelines and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures - Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using MS Office tools - Build and nurture a strong talent pool for current and future IT hiring needs Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech / B.E.) in any specialization - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT sourcing and talent acquisition - Proficiency in using Naukri and LinkedIn for recruitment - Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - MBA or PGDM in HR is an added advantage Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services is one of India's most respected and globally recognised IT services companies, offering excellent career growth, learning opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
