IT Service Management Representative

Role Overview Accenture is looking for an experienced IT Service Management Representative to oversee the delivery and smooth functioning of IT production systems and services. This role centers on maintaining high client satisfaction through proactive risk management and seamless infrastructure support. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Network SME with deep expertise in both on-premises and cloud-based hybrid networking environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and Cisco technologies. Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor IT production systems and services to ensure continuous availability and operational stability - Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures across Azure and on-premises datacenters using technologies such as GTM, LTM, DNS, OSPF, BGP, SDWAN, DMVPN, Cisco Wireless, Cisco ISE, and ACI - Lead end-to-end network design projects covering virtual networks, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute, and VPN solutions - Serve as the SME and L3 escalation point to diagnose and resolve complex network and cloud infrastructure issues - Contribute to SRE initiatives by automating routine operational tasks using PowerShell or Python - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to network and cloud engineering teams - Lead communications with customers and senior leadership on critical business issues and service enhancements - Ensure adherence to ITIL service management principles throughout the infrastructure lifecycle Required Qualifications - Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations with hands-on expertise in on-premises datacenter and hybrid cloud environments - Strong proficiency in Azure networking technologies including VPN, ExpressRoute, VNets, and NSGs - Deep knowledge of enterprise and datacenter technologies such as ACI, SDWAN, F5 GTM and LTM, OSPF, BGP, Cisco 9K and ASR routers, DMVPN, Viptela SDWAN, Cisco Wireless, and Cisco ISE - Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds - DevOps and scripting skills using PowerShell or Python are strongly desired - 15 years of full-time formal education (undergraduate or postgraduate) - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us Accenture offers a platform to work on large-scale enterprise and cloud transformation projects alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
