International Voice Support Customer Success Associate

Role Overview Sutherland is hiring for an International Semi-Voice Process role to handle customer queries and provide exceptional support through multiple communication channels. This position offers the opportunity to work with global clients while delivering accurate information and timely resolutions. You will be part of a dynamic team managing customer interactions via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
