Job Description

Role Overview This is a full-time customer support role where you will handle international customer calls and provide exceptional service to customers across different time zones. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational performance targets. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming international customer calls and provide professional customer service with exceptional communication - Resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and contribute to process improvements - Meet performance targets and metrics set by the organization Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of verified experience in international voice process or international BPO - Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation - Comfortable working night shift rotational schedules - Immediate availability to join Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers competitive compensation with performance-based incentives and referral bonuses. - Minimum 1 year international voice process experience - Excellent English communication skills - Night shift availability and comfort - Immediate joiner - No AR callers background - No healthcare experience - No freshers - No domestic process experience - Inbound voice process experience preferred - US process experience preferred - Customer handling expertise - CRM software proficiency
